Bydand B&B Country Retreat in The Highlands

Unexpected stay, this was our best night in Scotland. Amazing host, 6 stars room and an incredible bathroom. All the products including bedding and towels (bathrobe too) are top quality (Egyptian cotton). Modern decoration with Scottish touch from Harris and other local sources. View is perfect, quiet, nice drinks on arrival, and I don't even mention the breakfast 100 per cent home made with eggs from the garden and smoothie. Don't bother to go else where, it's stands for a 5 stars place.

Fantastic! Best place to stay in the Spayside! Isobel was an amazing host. Every little detail was perfectly put together, pristine and tasteful. This peaceful place gave us an opportunity for delightful mornings with gourmet breakfast and exploring Spayside after.

Staying at Isobel's isn't so much as spending a night at a bnb and more of being pampered by impeccably decadent hospitality. There's only two rooms to choose from so you're pretty much guaranteed privacy. Spend your evenings lounging in the dayroom with complimentary wine/whisky/cognac or walking around the perfectly manicured garden. The small gestures in the room e.g. bowl of cherries and the highland cow doorstop makes you feel like you're finally home. Also be prepared to be overwhelmed (in a really good way) by the breakfast feast whipped up by Isobel herself. There is also a Range Rover you that you can rent to drive and if you're feeling really whimsical a classic Bentley that you can pair with a guide/driver.
